Refund policy

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. This period also applies to items bought on sale or with a discount code.

Return conditions

The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unwashed, unused, with its tags and, if possible, in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Contact us at boutique@acoeurdenfant-aety.com before sending an item back, with your order number. If your return is accepted, we send you a return label and shipping instructions. Return shipping costs are covered by A&Y.

Defective, damaged or incorrect items

Inspect your order when you receive it. If an item is defective, damaged or does not match your order, write to us as soon as possible with a photo: we will replace it or refund you, at no cost to you. These remedies are not limited to the 30-day period: the legal warranties of quality and durability under Quebec’s Consumer Protection Act apply at all times.

Non-returnable items

• Gift cards;
• Items personalized or made to order at your request;
• For hygiene reasons, items meant for baby’s mouth (for example pacifiers or teething rings) whose sealed packaging has been opened.

These exclusions do not apply to a defective, damaged or incorrect item.

Pre-orders

A pre-order can be cancelled free of charge as long as it has not shipped (see our pre-order cancellation policy). Once the item is received, this policy applies.

Exchanges

To get a different item or size, request a return of the product you received and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.

Refunds

We will let you know once your return has been received and inspected. If the refund is approved, it is issued to the original payment method, at the price actually paid, within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need extra time to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, write to us at boutique@acoeurdenfant-aety.com.

Your rights

This policy does not limit the rights granted to you by Quebec’s Consumer Protection Act and other applicable laws, including those on distance contracts and legal warranty.
