A&Y – À Cœur d’Enfant is an online baby boutique based in Montréal. It offers the Tout Doux and MINUS by A&Y collections, baby essentials and family accessories. ZEM offers an adapted sleep sack on preorder. Its bodysuit and romper are still in development and are presented on the ZEM page.

Some new products can be reserved before stock arrives. The ZEM Sack is on preorder: estimated shipping during the week of November 17, 2026, after the batch reaches A&Y. This date is an estimate; families will be notified by email of any change. Check the product page for preorder terms and launch offers.

In-stock orders shipping to other destinations are prepared within 24–48 business hours; transit time is additional. Local delivery may be available the same day or within 24–48 h to eligible addresses, subject to availability. Montréal pickup is by appointment. Preorders do not ship immediately. For ZEM Sack, estimated shipping is the week of November 17, 2026, after the batch arrives at A&Y and applicable testing has been verified.

You have 30 days after delivery to request a return, subject to our refund policy. Contact us before sending an item back for the procedure and applicable conditions.

Tout Doux brings together A&Y textile essentials. MINUS by A&Y is an accessible collection for everyday use. Choose using the product, size, material and budget information on each product page. ZEM Sack is available for preorder; the bodysuit and romper remain prototypes presented on the ZEM page.

Standard shipping is free from $75 in Québec and from $100 elsewhere in Canada (excluding Yukon, the Northwest Territories, Nunavut and some remote regions: Côte-Nord, Gaspésie, Îles-de-la-Madeleine, Nord-du-Québec and Labrador), after discounts and before taxes. Rates and options for your address are shown at checkout. Local Montréal delivery depends on your address and availability.

A&Y contributes 10% of sales of its products to the CHU Sainte-Justine Foundation. Petit Coulou products are excluded. A direct donation to the Foundation is separate from this sales contribution.
