Our sizes follow the usual age ranges, but every baby grows at their own pace. Go by your child’s height (cm) and weight (kg) first, then by age. If you hesitate between two sizes, choose the larger one: a Tout Doux™ garment is worn for a long time.

Tout Doux™ organic cotton stretches: a slightly roomy garment stays comfortable. For footed sleepers, measure baby from head to feet, lying down.

Measure baby’s head circumference with a soft tape, just above the ears and eyebrows.

ZEM Sack™ (adaptive sleep sack)

A sleep sack is chosen by baby’s length and never too large: the neck and armholes must stay snug. For a baby with complex care needs, have the choice validated by the care team.
