ZEM contest — Baby model

A call to families, governed by rules and a parental authorization. A&Y — À Cœur d’Enfant is looking for a child to present the ZEM Sack adaptive sleep sack in its photos. Only one family will be selected. No purchase is required and no photo is taken without the parent’s written authorization.

Rules of the “ZEM — Child model” contest

1. Organizer

A&Y — À Cœur d’Enfant (sole proprietorship operated by Lamyaa Grich, NEQ 2282405705), 2600 Cavendish Boulevard, Montreal, Quebec H4B 0A8 — boutique@acoeurdenfant-aety.com. The Fondation CHU Sainte-Justine is neither the organizer nor a partner of this contest.

2. Entry period

From October 10, 2026 to November 30, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. (Montreal time). A&Y may extend or shorten this period; the date in effect is the one shown on this page.

3. Eligibility

• The entrant is the parent or legal guardian of the child, is 18 years of age or older and resides in Quebec.
• The child is between 0 and 24 months old at the time of the photo shoot.
• The family can travel to Montreal for a photo shoot of about one hour, on a date agreed together.
• One entry per child. Relatives of the organizer are not eligible.
• No purchase is required to enter or to be selected.

4. How to enter

Fill in the form below (parent’s first name, email, child’s age range, model of interest, city). We do not ask for a photo, the child’s name or any medical information at this stage. Incomplete entries or entries received after the period are not considered.

5. Selection

The selection is made by A&Y, without a draw, according to practical criteria: match with the sizes produced (58 cm and 65 cm), availability for the shoot in Montreal and representation of the care realities ZEM is intended for. Only one child is selected. The decision is final. The selected family is notified by email no later than December 15, 2026 and has 7 days to confirm, failing which another family may be selected.

6. What the selected family receives

One (1) complimentary ZEM Sack (retail value CA$85) given at the shoot or upon receipt of the batch, depending on the date, and one (1) personal 30% promotional code valid for 12 months on acoeurdenfant-aety.com, non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash and not combinable with any other offer. No other compensation is paid. Submitting an entry guarantees neither selection nor the delivery of these benefits.

7. Parental authorization and image rights

Before any photo or video is taken, the parent signs a written authorization (template below) specifying the intended uses (website, social media, online advertising, printed material), the duration (five years), that the child’s surname will not be published and the possibility of withdrawing consent for future uses by simple email. A parent is present throughout the shoot. No image is published without this signed authorization.

8. Personal information (Law 25)

The information provided in the form is used only to manage this contest and to communicate with the participating families. It is hosted with a cloud provider and deleted no later than 90 days after the end of the contest, except for the selected family, whose information is kept for the duration of the collaboration. You may request access to, rectification or deletion of your information, or withdraw your consent, by writing to boutique@acoeurdenfant-aety.com. 9. General provisions

A&Y may modify, suspend or cancel the contest if circumstances beyond its control so require, by indicating it on this page. This contest is not sponsored, administered by or associated with Meta (Instagram, Facebook) or any other platform. It is governed by the laws applicable in Quebec. In the event of a discrepancy between the versions, the French version prevails.

Parental authorization template (to be signed before the shoot)

I, the undersigned, ______________________ (name of parent or legal guardian), authorize A&Y — À Cœur d’Enfant to photograph and film my child, ______________________ (first name), born on ____ / ____ / ______, during the shoot of ____ / ____ / ______ in Montreal, and to use these images to present the ZEM collection on its website, its social media, its online advertising and its printed material, for a period of five (5) years from signature. My child’s surname will not be published. I understand that no compensation other than the benefits described in the rules is paid. I may withdraw this consent for future uses by writing to boutique@acoeurdenfant-aety.com; this withdrawal has no effect on publications already released, which A&Y will remove as far as possible. I will be present throughout the shoot.
